Required Dress
We recommend Dance Plus on McLeod Ave., 669-1606 for all your clothing and dance shoe needs. They carry new and used items. In Wolseley we recommend The Wolseley Wardrobe on Westminster St. 772-1393, they also carry new and used items.
Creative dance
Pink body suit with pink or white tights.
Predance
Black body suit (preferably tank style) with beige or pink tights.
Ballet (all ages)
All students wear Mondor brand ballet pink tights. Bodysuit colour depends on the grade level. Please speak to the director.
Ages 6 and up (All other disiplines)
Black tanks style bodysuit with beige tights. short black dance shorts may be worn over top of body suit.
Boys (All ages)
Black pants, tights or shorts with a tight fitting white T-shirt.
Hip Hop
Easy to dance in loose fitting comfortable clothing. (no shorts, no jeans)
Shoes
Creative Dance: Pink gymnastic slippers.
Predance: Tap shoes and pink gymnastic slippers.
Tap: Tap shoes with teletone taps.
Jazz: Tan slip on jazz oxfords. Ages 6 to 9 and boys may use black ballet slippers.*
Hip Hop and/or Breaking: Bring clean runners.
Ballet: Pink pleated toe ballet slippers, secured with elastic.

Recital Costumes
All students are included in our gala production in June at the Centennial Concert Hall. Costumes are designed and created by Debbie Schinkel at Dance Plus. A costume deposit is due on November 1st. The deposit per child and per dance routine is $35.00. Cheques must be made to Dance Plus. This deposit will be subtracted from your final costume fee in April.
Costume prices range from approximately $60.00 (young students)-$100.00 per costume. The cost of the costumes includes GST and PST. Costumes are designed and created for individual students by the dance teacher and costume designer. Prices will vary from class to class and year to year depending on the style of costume, type of fabric and type of trim used. Every detail of the costume process is handled for you, right down to a fitting and delivery of the final product. The final result is a wonderful costume that compliments a spectacular year end show.
